    Percepción laboral de los empleadores del profesional en Psicología egresado de la Universidad Santiago de Cali

    This research is a descriptive study with which it is intended to identify the employment perception of the employer regarding the knowledge and skills in the areas of job performance of the professional in psychology graduated from the Santiago de Cali University. A structured questionnaire was carried out to 25 employers of psychologists graduated from USC, the results obtained from the present investigation show an encouraging panorama regarding the professional training that the psychology program of said university has, taking into account that employers perceive that graduates respond to the demands of the labor field.
