Item Diseño de un plan de negocio para la creación de la empresa Social City en Santiago de Cali(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2020) Ninco Chamorro, Cindy Dayana; Ortíz Ortíz, Madeleiny; Riascos Torres, Yina Yenife; Bravo García, SauloThe objective of this paper was to design a business plan for the Social City company creation in Santiago de Cali. In order to achieve this objective, the strategies for the target market segment were drawn up, the logistics and technical strategy for service provision was defined, and the organizational, legal and administrative structure for the operation of the business was established. And costs and expenses, return on investment and financial performance were evaluated. The method consisted of a type of exploratory and descriptive research, which is why it is a mixed design. The topic was addressed in a qualitative and quantitative manner, in a consistent and complementary manner to know the phenomenon investigated in accordance with the objectives set. The sources of information helped to locate and retrieve the documentation. The secondary sources of bibliographic character were the libraries and the databases in web sites. The primary sources allowed to collect information directly through instruments such as personal interview and observation. It was essential to know fully the activities that are carried out in the events company, to obtain capabilities and anticipate the expected results. It was clear where you want to go with the event company, the correct use of available resources and keep in mind that the business must have continuity through the commitment of each of the actors participating in the project. To be competitive in the provision of services and maintain operability, the company must adapt to the latest technologies with an innovative approach. Likewise, effective logistics xix management should improve the efficiency of operations, guarantee customer satisfaction and increase productivity. The proposed functional structure allows improving the efficiency of the company to provide a high volume of services with low costs, due to its efficiency.
