Item El papel de la alta gerencia en la motivación del talento humano en las organizaciones: una revisión teórica(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2019) Murillo Cifuentes, Angee Carolina; Arteaga López, Óscar David; Duque Ceballos, José LuisThe objective of this research is to analyze the role of senior management in the design of motivation strategies for human talent in current organizations. In this theoretical review, a descriptive research methodology is shown, highlighting the importance of different factors in the motivational role that organizations have from the conceptual knowledge of senior management. The results show that managers must adequately design each of the tasks and behavior patterns that employees must comply with after the guidelines establish these parameters. This allows us to conclude that the capacity of a senior management officer in the analysis of the scenarios he faces, is conditioned by factors such as training and experience, from a financial perspective, senior management is responsible for directing and ensuring the adequate use of the resources available to them, in order to reduce costs due to inefficiency and optimize profitability as a result of competitive advantages
