    Análisis sistemático del síndrome de bornut en el personal de atención prehospitalaria en Latinoamérica y su prevención: (revisión de alcance)

    The aim of this study is to carry out a research on the burnout syndrome, which refers to the feeling also known as work stress. This is manifested through a state of physical and mental exhaustion that is prolonged over time with personal frustration and inadequate attitudes that alter the personality and self-esteem of the worker. Burnout syndrome was declared in the year 2000 by the World Health Organization WHO (Torres, 2022) and is better known as "burnout syndrome" or simply professional burnout, which is declared as a disease. Let us understand that this begins to become a state of problem of great revelation where it affects and harms the quality of life of a health professional such as a technologist in pre-hospital care, its origin is based on how these professionals interpret and face their personal and work crisis situations. The psychosocial risks present a great threat too strong which greatly affect their physical and mental state, all this being due as such to the working conditions are their schedules, the high demands of care to patients and as they face say a very hard diagnosis. The objective of this study was to analyze the pre-hospital personnel in Colombia and the presence of burnout syndrome and its influence on health personnel. Methods: The study was non-experimental and with data collection through bibliographic sources, where tables and figures were found for each of the dimensions and scales used in these institutions to determine the analysis and prevalence of this burnout syndrome. Relations with the area of urgencies or emergencies in Latin America, the purpose is to obtain a Result: which this research showed us that the levels of this SB were very high and that it was urgently needed some coping strategies to deal with the subject, in Conclusion: This article of scope wanted to show us that this burnout syndrome is a reality that covers a lot and is felt in some professionals, mainly in the health area and it is worth mentioning in the extra-hospital part, who are people who daily face the vital emergency of the street with the sole purpose of saving lives, so it is understood that it is important to maintain a healthy and adequate mental and physical state so that when providing their service they do not harm their patients and families as well as the organization or institution where they belong
