Item Calidad de vida del paciente con fístula enterocutánea y/o ostomia del intestino delgado(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2021) Moreno Suarez, Natalia; Murillo Escobar, Leydi Carolina; Restrepo Borrero, Bairon Alexis; Cifuentes Ortiz, Martha EulaliaObjective: Objective: Identify the patient's quality life with enterocutaneous fistula CEF and/or small bowel ostomy (ID) by researching articles in scientific databases within the period 2016-2021. Methodology: A bibliographic review of different authors on the subject was carried out, which consisted in four phases: Phase 1: selection of articles through the use of keywords. Furthermore, reading and summary to review compliance with the proposed objective. Phase 2: reading of the full texts and consolidation in the PRISMA flow diagram (Graphic 1). Phase 3: the information is recorded in a matrix, which gather the characteristics of: year, country, title, study type and results. Phase 4: evaluation, analysis and interpretation of the carried out results. Results: A total of 666 articles were identified, among them, some duplicates were suppressed, 47 articles were added, which finally led to 17 prioritized articles. In relation to the documents found, their origin were the United States, Ecuador, Paraguay, Peru, Spain, Venezuela, Chile and Colombia. Discussion: in the past years, the increasing of CSF diagnosed patients and/or ID ostomy has brought both physical and emotional repercussions that affect not only the patient but also its family. Conclusions: approach from the application of a nursing process mechanisms of action that allow improvement to the patients quality life with ECF and/or ID ostomy, including their family nucleus.
