Item Características de los procesos de Gestión de Calidad que inciden en la certificación de las empresas exportadoras en Colombia(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2020) Mora Flórez, Erika Lorena; Gordillo Rodríguez, Yohana Carolina; Moreno Soto, Juan Carlos (Director)The present investigation has as objective to characterize the success in the certification of the processes of quality management inside the exporting companies in Colombia, for which the investigation of descriptive type is made, with sources of secondary information on publications that cover the subjects appointed. The results allow us to conclude that the advantage of quality certifications is manifested more clearly in the productivity of the company in relation to its export performance. Only the most productive companies are able to overcome the risk and the irrecoverable costs associated with entering foreign markets.Item Diseñar un aplicativo en Excel, para distribuir el impacto de las variables más representativas en la creación de empresas usando simulación de Montecarlo(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2020) Londoño Díaz, Raúl Andrés; Bustamante Escobar, Luis Eduardo; Moreno Soto, Juan Carlos (Director)The objective of this research was to design an Excel sheet for Financial Simulation to define the concepts, variables and possible scenarios to apply the Monte Carlo Model to investment projects. The methodology used was a descriptive type quantitative approach with an experimental, explanatory, descriptive design; the information was collected through the generation of a physical and private database; the information was obtained through physical documents and web pages. Instruments were designed to collect, classify and analyze the existing common information. Subsequently, the specialized literature consulted was analyzed to identify the criteria for selecting software for the analysis and simulation of investment projects. And finally, the Excel sheet method was designed to identify and project the selection criteria of a project in three possible scenarios. The results showed that the elaboration of an Excel sheet to project the application of the Monte Carlo Model in three possible scenarios is possible, feasible and very practical, yielding results within a context of the marketing, operational, administrative, legal, accounting and financial areas. Resulting in a very particular and practical tool when evaluating investment projects.Item Diseño de los componentes iniciales del Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo para la empresa Envasadora y Comercializadora Gerco S.A.S en la ciudad de Santiago de Cali(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2020) Vásquez Villada, Alexandra Maria; Carvajal Gustin, Eduar Andrés; Moreno Soto, Juan Carlos (Director)Nowadays the enterprises in Colombia are crossing changes not only in their production and sales processes, but the way they rethink their strategies and one of them is the Current regulation of the Decreto 1072 de 2015, all in order to warranty the best employers conditions in themes of Security, Heatlh and hygiene in the job positions. To reach this, the Colombian enterprises need to carry out a methodology inside an organized process and oriented under The Deming cycle (Planning, Do, Verify and Act), that will allow to the employers may develop their works in an efficient way under healthy and safe conditions. The present Project shows the “Design of initial components the Occupational Health and Safety Management System SG-SST” to the Enterprise Gerco S.A.S in order to be implemented across the Resolution 0312 of 2019 that helps to enterprises develop the SG-SST Minimum standards and recognizing of the accomplished to protect the Health and security of the employers. To guarantee the accomplishment of this Resolution 0312 of 2019 in Gerco S.A.S must develop the following components: First of all, the Enterprise will have to make a Security and health initial diagnostic in order to look how the organization is in themes of this. Next, it has to be designed Risk Matrix where will be detailed all the internal processes and their Risk level they are, in order to find the way to mitigate and to prevent them. 11 After this, it might be design the Managment indicators that allow to measure as a quantitative and qualitative way the before components are responding at this develop or if it requires new mechanisms that help to the continuous improvement. For the development of this work we can describe the descriptive study, which is described as linked to the internal and external context of the company. Andrés Car Audio, has had a mixed approach, it is the deductive method, in this case it is placed in practice in a Balance Scorecard model to carry out strategic planning. Andrés Car Audio, where he had an interview with the manager and a talk with the collaborators, secondary sources were reviewed such as the Administrative Planning Department, the Tax and Customs Directorate. National (DIAN), Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism, Proexport, Sector Level Strong As Asopartes, ANDI, Fenalco, among others. Regarding the results in the environment according to the MEFE Matrix that will yield a 3.0 rating, it is seen that the market offers a greater number of opportunities, the city of Cali offers a market potential for its culture and car audio, however, Responses must be addressed as an increase in competitors and the rise of online marketing that will increase in the long term. In the internal analysis according to the result of the MEFI Matrix, which gave a final score of 2.47, the company must be strongly improved and / or overcome the weaknesses so that it can have a better performance in the market.Item Ventajas del desarrollo e implementación de Blockchain en empresas públicas y privadas de Colombia(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2020) Velásquez Viancha, Oscar Fernando; Moreno Soto, Juan Carlos (Director)The Blockchain allows Colombian companies from the public and private sector, the possibility of carrying out cryptocurrency and information transactions in a safe, reliable and direct way through computer systems focused on online payment, information management and preparation of sensitive or confidential documents. This research was intended to demonstrate the advantages and benefits of developing and implementing Blockchain technology in Colombian organizations; In order to have better results in productivity and be more competent in a globalized world. To reach the above, secondary sources were considered where articles and research were taken that previously addressed Blockchain problems, their characteristics, properties and their applicability through a documentary analysis of scientific articles hosted on the web. The results show that Blockchain could currently be implemented in many public and private organizations in Colombia which will benefit greatly from their processes and information management. Coming to the conclusion that it becomes necessary to conduct feasibility studies of the technology in order to know exactly in which department or area of the organization to develop and implement it in an efficient way and achieve the expected results.
