Item Diseño de un plan de capacitación para el uso seguro de herramientas manuales, mecánicas y automáticas en el área operativa para la empresa Mantenimiento y Repuestos Maplas S.A.S. conforme a la norma ISO:45001:2018(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2025) Mina Ocoro, Jhoan Esteban; Morales Moreno, Нector Jovan; Valencia, Diego Alejandro; Cabrera Ovalle, Juan Manuel (Director)The article presents the design of a training plan for the safe use of manual, mechanical and automatic tools in the company Mantenimiento y Repuestos Maplas S.A.S., in accordance with ISO 45001:2018. The research, based on a survey and a risk perception matrix, identified a high incidence of occupational accidents, mainly cuts, associated with improper handling of tools and lack of formal training, The methodology used, based on the ISO 45001:2018 standard, included hazard identification, risk assessment and the proposal of control measures through a training plan tailored to the needs of the company. The results of the accident analysis during July-September 2024 revealed a total of 132 accidents, with 40% related to tool cuts, generating absenteeism and decreased productivity. Possible causes were identified as lack of training, unsafe working conditions; the ultimate goal is for Mantenimiento y Repuestos Maplas S.A.S. to reduce occupational accidents, improve working conditions and comply with occupational health and safety regulations through the design of the proposed training plan.
