For the development of this work we can describe the descriptive study, which is described as linked to the internal and external context of the company. Andrés Car Audio, has had a mixed approach, it is the deductive method, in this case it is placed in practice in a Balance Scorecard model to carry out strategic planning. Andrés Car Audio, where he had an interview with the manager and a talk with the collaborators, secondary sources were reviewed such as the Administrative Planning Department, the Tax and Customs Directorate. National (DIAN), Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism, Proexport, Sector Level Strong As Asopartes, ANDI, Fenalco, among others. Regarding the results in the environment according to the MEFE Matrix that will yield a 3.0 rating, it is seen that the market offers a greater number of opportunities, the city of Cali offers a market potential for its culture and car audio, however, Responses must be addressed as an increase in competitors and the rise of online marketing that will increase in the long term. In the internal analysis according to the result of the MEFI Matrix, which gave a final score of 2.47, the company must be strongly improved and / or overcome the weaknesses so that it can have a better performance in the market. It is concluded that the strategic planning for the Andrés Car Audio company is viable because it responds to the external context, it also has the internal capacities and needs. The structure of strategies to improve the financial situation, its position in the market, internal processes, even to explore new services. From this point of view, the execution, the application, the company, the tool, the tool, the tool, the writing, the continuous communication and the decision making, when improvements or corrections must be made. The plan as such is viable for the company given that it considers the capabilities and resources it offers, in addition a proposal of organizational structure was proposed that the functions are distributed so that each position contributes to the execution of the actions that entail to fulfill The strategy and therefore achieve the objectives.
