Item Propuesta de la planeación estratégica en un trapiche artesanal del municipio de Guachené - Cauca(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2019) Soto Marín, Gilberth Steven; Mera Aponza, Jerliz; Parra Valdes, Daniel AlbertoThis article is about the development of a research focused on the strategic planning with the objective of creating a diagnosis and develop strategies in order to improve the production processes of the panela in a handmade sugar mill in the municipality of Guachené - Cauca. The research process was led with a rigorous study of the environments which make d of the company, giving to know through this work the area included. For development this work we began making an (holistic) review of the company where we identify its operation, its strategic direction, its work team, its organizational chart and the strategic units business. In a second step we proposed strategies that would lead the improvement of the process that were proposed. At third step we proposed the cost benefit of the proposal. Finally, we presented conclusions and general recommendations as the as result of the research. Additionally, we presented the bibliographic sources used will be shown in a brief and detailed manner.
