Similarly, this work focuses on assessing the fiscal management of the 2016 validity, which was carried out by the Municipal Mayor's Office of Pradera (Valle) through the PRADERA CRECE government program, as an indicator of measure in relation to the planned projections. In addition, the results obtained will be provided as input in the accountability process, which is carried out annually before the community and public entities. To carry out this work, it is necessary to apply the knowledge acquired during the Specialization in Financial Management and to put into practice the financial methods seen in the different modules and for this, it is necessary to carry out activities such as a financial analysis, of the behavior of own resources, determine compliance with spending limits and establish investment expenses.
