Estrategias para potenciar la diversidad y la identidad el rol de la escuela dentro del proceso globalizador
(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2020) Medaglia Zapata, Marcela; Sánchez Borrero, Ana Milena
The research work started from the premise that the globalizing process, initially conceived as purely economic, has transcended these barriers and has been linked, little by little, with other aspects directly related to the human being such as the political, social and the cultural, where the educational aspect is immersed, the principal item of this production. The impact that this globalizing process has on education is observed day by day in educational institutions. There is greater interest in the preparation of children in cognitive development activities to meet, in the future, the global demands of production, marketing and competition at the professional level. The influence of the media and new technologies (ICT), have even left aside educational practices where it is socialized, working as a team, the human being is known from all its dimensions, where the characteristics are empowered socio-cultural characteristics of each individual, to give way to other techniques, where the same language is spoken and where there is a marked recognition of the external, of the "universal". That is why there is a need to take up creative, dynamic and innovative educational practices where the child is looked at from an integral point of view, giving a critical view of the current and empowering the individual, immersed in each one and where it is given. the cultural and social value to ours, to the autochthonous through the comparison with other cultures in a collective work environment and under the premises of the theory of the ecology of human development, by Urie Bronfenbrenner.
