Item Derechos de los niños en el núcleo familiar en Colombia(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2019) Maya Romo, Guillermo Alberto; Bustos Romero,Guillermo AlbertoThe purpose of this research is to develop a reflection on the obligations and principles established by the Colombian State in the fulfillment of the rights of children in the family, based on a review of academic and legal documents. To achieve this objective, a documentary investigation of hermeneutical approach was carried out through the review of national and international academic and legal documents. In the data analysis process, three categories were established, which were interpreted through a transdisciplinary framework that links law and sociology: 1. Characterization of the Colombian Family; 2. Rights of children in the national and international legal framework; 3. Sense of parental and state co-responsibility. Based on these categories, the objectives set were met, evidencing the diversity of family functions and structures that must be considered in the current legal framework, in addition to observing the Colombian family in its constant change for the attention of the rights of the Children in a framework of co-responsibility between the State and the family
