The purpose of this document is to describe the tools to effectively carry out internal processes and services, and online communication that make up an intranet-based information system for inventory control in companies. The documentary study begins with the need for health service providers to effectively record and control their processes and products stored in a database of their warehouses in the different cities where they operate. The relevant aspects within the management of the companies in their logistics processes were known and for this a rigorous follow-up of remissions, expenses, follow-up of product expiration, sales statistics, reception, dispatch of instruments, equipment and supplies belonging to the company is suggested. medical house, all of these in each of the warehouse areas with the intention of ensuring and guaranteeing improvements in the availability of the inventory and the efficiency of the operation. A type of descriptive study with a qualitative approach is used. This tool is described, which proposes to be an update of the system that is executed today, and is exposed as an improvement to the internal processes of the company, projecting its competitiveness, responsiveness to its clients and an increase in its execution potential.
