Breastfeeding provides the necessary nutrients for the proper growth and development of the child, adapting correctly to the digestive function; In addition, it provides benefits for both mother and infant individually and jointly, among these, the bond that develops during the breastfeeding process, promotes growth and brain development, physiological and immunological, helps hormonal and physical recovery, among other benefits.
