The goal is to analyze how the footprint influences various disciplines, evaluating the impact of foot type on movement execution. The foot plays an essential role in anatomy, participating in walking and weight bearing, acting as a lever in movement. For athletes, maintaining a neutral gait is essential to successfully execute movements. Research demonstrates how the type of gait can benefit or harm an athlete. Through tests conducted in various sports disciplines, the goal is to provide recommendations tailored to the needs of each footprint type.
