The way in which some aesthetic clinics offers their services not always is the appropriated one, this causes that the costumers incurs in the error. This practice is known as misleading advertising. This type of advertising not only focuses on promoting their services in a vehement, attractive way, as it happens in exaggerated advertising, but it has the purpose of deceiving the consumer. However, when is the offered service a cosmetic surgical procedure, whose responsibility is configured from the expected result, the damage goes beyond the physiological and leave a psychological mark
