This work is relevant because it uses organizational evaluation tools, objective goals such as the DOFA Matrix and Balanced Scorecard deeply integrated into a sustainability approach in organizational theories, to analyze the forces and weaknesses that connect with the external and internal context of the company, with awareness of the impact on natural resources and the management of organic waste and environmental social responsibility
