Item Análisis de las prácticas de responsabilidad social en el sector salud, caso fundación valle del lili 2022(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2023) Herrera Rueda, Stefannia; Lopez, Sergio Andres (Director)The study of Corporate Social Responsibility is not only urgent and is ontheagenda of public and private entities, but also responsible and important in its ownright compared to what it refers to and implies, so that, when we consider that the variousorganizations have a series of commitments, as well as extensive obligations regardingthe treatment, conditions and care of their employees, society and the environment fromthe co-responsibility of duty/being, this concept acquires greater breadth in practice. An exploratory study was carried out using the deductive method, with thepurpose of analyzing social responsibility practices in the health sector, specificallyinthe Valle del Lili Foundation for the year 2022. Regarding the results found, it is determined that the companies have thecommitment to contribute to the well-being of the population and the workers, andthusachieve a society that is sustainable from the economic, social and environmental aspects, but in the same way it can be Visualize the challenges that still exist for theeffective development of relationships between organizations and society.
