Additionally, encouraging the commitment of all employees, helps organizations not only to achieve a higher efficiency in all their objectives, but also to have a better work environment. Management 3.0 is a movement focused on innovation, leadership and management which central purpose is to help increase motivation and commitment, considering people as their priority, turning an individual work into a group one, working together to achieve the objectives of the organization and always preserving the happiness of people. That is why the objective of this article is to carry out a bibliographic review based on the ways that a high performance team of organizations should be adapted to Management 3.0, this is achieved through the search of information through documents composed of scientific articles, degree papers, books, among others, obtaining as a final result the evidence of how management 3.0 in recent years has become an emerging model potentially applicable in all organizations thanks to its good results in terms of labor autonomy
