    Cuidado humanizado de enfermería en la unidad de cuidados intensivos. Revisión de alcance

    Introduction: Humanized nursing care is an essential component of patient care in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), where the vulnerability of patients requires not only an assistive and technological approach, but also skills such as empathy and respect for emotional and psychological needs. The aim of this work is to document humanized nursing care in the intensive care unit. Methodology: review of research articles obtained from various scientific databases web-of-science, pubmed, scopus, scielo, elsevier, selecting studies published between 2018 and 2024, studies related to humanized care in the ICU.
