Item Relación entre el estrés laboral y la seguridad y salud en el trabajo: Análisis a partir de una revisión de la literatura mundial.(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2019) Ocampo, Angie; Henao, Lady; Champutiz, Breiner; Sarria Agudelo, Andrés Felipe (Director)This article analyzes the relationship between work stress and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), and the illnesses generated in the workplace. To achieve this, a worldwide literature analysis from the last 10 years was conducted using databases like Scopus and Science Direct, covering key topics such as Burnout, Mobbing, organizational resilience, and intrinsic motivation. The findings suggest that proper management of these factors is crucial to ensure safe and healthy working conditions, promoting adequate protection and early identification of risks and hazards. The main conclusion emphasizes that modern management must focus on human well-being and safety, as the human element is the essence of productive activities and has been significantly affected by high levels of work stress.
