At the oral level, laryngeal papillomatosis, based on studies, is the most common disease caused by the human papilloma virus, thus being the most similar in regards to this study. This research is important, since papillomatous lesions can transform into squamous cell carcinoma, taking into account VPH as the main cause. Papillomatous lesions in the oropharynx can generate changes in the conformation of tissues, most often they are nodular, located in the posterior oropharyngeal wall, pink in color, multiple and with a diameter of less than 5mm, predominantly in the male sex, who associated with various factors Risk may have future clinical implications for patients.
