Item Factores de riesgo psicosicial en una empresa de distribución de material eléctrico de la Ciudad de Cali durante el año 2016(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2017) Guerrero Acosta, Juliana Carolina; Rojas, ClaudiaTaking into account Resolution 2646 of 2008, which establishes the obligation of companies to identify, evaluate, prevent and monitor psychosocial risk factors at work, this research is carried out in a company of distribution of electrical material of the city of Cali During the year 2016. This research was carried out with 32 workers, with a quantitative approach with descriptive qualitative analysis, where the instruments for the identification of psychosocial factors in labor, extra work and stress were endorsed by the Javeriana University and the Ministry Of Social Protection. Results: In the present investigation, we determined that the intralaboral psychosocial risk factor, presents high levels of exposure in the dimensions of leadership, demands of work and control and reward that evidence through the stress questionnaire the psychological, physical and Behavioral that could be generating discomfort in the health of workers. Conclusions: It is generally observed that the workers of the company are exposed to high levels of both intralaboral and extra-labor risk and that could affect their general well-being reflected in symptoms associated with work stress, which is why it is necessary to establish improvement conditions that Are reflected in the quality of life and well-being of workers.
