Allowing organizations to have a broader picture of the working conditions and environment in which their employees are located is very important in terms of health and safety. Therefore, the objective of the present work that frames the design of an instrument that allows knowing these conditions is stated; a thorough investigation was developed in databases, in order to contextualize the current regulations, which served as reference and provided the necessary information to respond to the objective of this work. After designing the instrument, it was validated using the Cronbach Alpha method of reliability. This analysis consisted in determining the degree to which the items or reagents are related to each other (Brown, 1980) (1). dimensions of the instrument, as part of the compliance actions of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System, the sample consisted of 30 people, students in SST who gave their rating to the instrument and likewise the suitability of the questions asked, giving as a result a reliability to this.
