Item Conocimiento del manejo de los residuos hospitalarios de los estudiantes de instrumentación quirúrgica de quinto a octavo semestre en la universidad santiago de cali 2018b(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2019) Daza Torres, Ana Isabel; Gonzalez Acosta, Maria Victoria; Gonzalez Dique, Laura Carolina; Maldonado Rincón, Beatriz Alejandra (Directora)The level of knowledge of the students from the fifth to the eighth semester of the Surgical Instrumentation program of the Santiago de Cali University was evaluated in 2018b. A questionnaire was designed that was divided into different categories that allowed measuring the level of knowledge of the students; taking into account the inclusion criteria, the instrument was applied to 131 students. The analysis of the results showed that the level of knowledge in which the group is surveyed is MEDIUM, determined from the table and interpretation chart where it is observed that 55% of the students are in this range with a total of 11 successful questions, 30% of the population is in a LOW knowledge level with a total of 6 correct questions, and 15% of them are in a HIGH knowledge level with a total of 3 correct questions, for a total of 20 questions asked. Finally there is a discussion, conclusions and recommendations regarding the results found in the investigation.
