Item Sistema de gestión de préstamo de equipos computo MAC para la Facultad de Comunicación y Publicidad de la USC(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2021) Díaz Cruz, Juan Sebastián; Artunduaga Hernández, Farly Johan; Giraldo Gar, Diego Mauricio; Ricardo Andrés Almeida (Director)In this research work is developed a module within the Information System for Quality Assurance (Sistema de Información Para el Aseguramiento de la Calidad SIPAC), in order to improve the reservation process of specialized computer equipment for multimedia production, which the students of the Faculty of Communication and Publicity require for the development of the skills they acquire in the classes, generating a standardization of the process flow that allows to visualize in a more effective way the service availability times, reducing the number of requests not attended due to the ignorance of the free time of the classroom and eliminating manual processes between the dependencies of Gestion Tecnologica (Coordinacion de Servicios Computacionales) and the Faculty. Obtaining an improvement in the management and control of the MAC equipment loan service, using the Website Design Methodology (WSDM) through the use of the LARAVEL framework to align with the current standards used within SIPAC, so that all type of software solutions made by the University are integrated into the platform.
