Among these treaties stand out those attached with constarica, chili and the alliance bloc of the pacific focused in Peru, which govern trade processes that intensify markets and provide policies of transparency and equity among those involved by providing opportunities for internationalization and development; making the most of the opportunities offered by these treaties, SMEs in the Cauca valley can boost their exports by generating a higher indicator both within the company and in progress and growth in the region. This article is done through the literature review method where the export dynamics of the sector are analyzed.
