Item Propuesta para la mitigación de riesgos operacionales en el proceso de mecánica rápida del concesionario autopacifico s.a sede sur en la ciudad de santiago de cali(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2023) Garcia Velez, Miguel Angel; Jaramillo Lopez, Gustavo; Sanchez Rodriguez, Luis Fernando; Girón Cruz, Jorge Andrés (Director)This article addresses the importance of the implementation of controls associated with the risks inherent to the fast mechanics process for the workshop of the Autopacífico S.A. dealership, specifically the one in the southern headquarters of the city of Santiago de Cali. This methodology is made up of three stages; A stage l of risk identification, a stage l of risk assessment and a final stage of lll where risk monitoring and control is carried out. On the other hand, it is important to note that General Motors (manufacturer and main assembler of the Autopacífico S.A. dealership) was one of the brands most affected by the global crisis and the weakening of domestic demand for automobiles in the United States and Latin America, so its operation in Colombia was no stranger to these measures and the administration was forced to reduce its inventory in spare parts stock by 30%. Therefore, for the specific case, this represented and represents a risk for the provision of the service, specifically in the process of fast mechanics, this due to the fact that non-compliance in the repair and maintenance times is generated in the cars that enter the Autopacífico S.A. workshop. This occurs due to the unavailability of spare parts, poor maintenance practices, lack of analysis of methods and times per thread, and volatility in the market. The research presented in this article results in the elaboration of the risk panorama matrix, which concludes its usefulness for the identification, evaluation, and control of all types of risks, in addition to being effective in improving the occupational and operational safety of Autopacífico S.A., protecting its individual interests.
