Item Propuesta para identificar estándares de seguridad en los equipos ajenos a una empresa de automatización e instalaciones eléctricas que se utilizan para realizar actividades de trabajo seguro en alturas en la ciudad de Yumbo año 2017(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2017) Cala Arce, Mónica Julieth; Garcia Gonzalez, Margarita Maria; Valencia FerneyIn most companies, high-risk work is carried out, including confined spaces, hot work, hazardous energy work, lifting loads, work at heights, among others. However, some workers do not have a clear awareness of this phenomenon and the preventive measures that must be taken against these risks, since they have the wrong perception that they have been working for X time in this type of work without any standard of security and without fatal results and for this reason, they do not see the need to comply with industrial safety standards. This perception is evidenced mostly in workers in the construction sector who are hired by the end of the work and with a precarious level of education. Generally, accidents due to fall from height are fatal or severe and a large percentage of them occur when workers perform occasional tasks that are punctual or different from those of the company's operation. Although it can be perceived that when jobs are routine, workers tend to ignore or become familiar with the risks of work to the point of "becoming immune" to them and therefore are no longer perceived as a risk to carry out the work.
