The connection between obesity, lack of physical activity, and energy imbalance with cardiovascular risk is emphasized, as well as the promotion of active and healthy lifestyles to avoid long-term complications. The prevalence of sedentary behaviors and the relevance of body weight control to prevent chronic diseases are highlighted. Objective: To investigate through a scoping review the strategies to prevent and/or reduce cardiovascular risk in university students with a tendency to endomorphic phenotype, with the purpose of generating preventive actions
