An strategic with great success, that achieved commitment, and motivated workers towards its employers. However, there are many ways to generate additional incentives not only monetary, but to benefit employees. Therefore, companies develop different strategies to achieve this in three main categories: the emotional salary and its impact on personal and work life of the employees, adjust behaviors and its environment, and motivation in the execution of activities. On the other hand, it is found that, in Colombia, although emotional strategies are implemented to improve the productivity and quality of life of the employees, the costbenefit ratio is not measured and in many cases, the concept of emotional salary and all the advantages that are unknown they could be obtained with an adequate implementation of this in the organizational processes.
