On the other hand, within the methodology of the research an exploratory study was applied, where bibliographic review was used as secondary sources such as the review of academic articles and digital books, which served to deepen the subject of study which was complemented with interviews to experts as a survey to reinforce the findings. In addition, this work is supported under the deductive method, where the topics and general cases of emotional salary found how this alternative has managed to improve the productivity and quality of life of companies and workers respectively in the world, and if properly regulated and implemented, it could be developed in Colombia in the same way.
