The issue of labor administrative law is something that is rarely discussed, since labor law is usually managed from the regulation of the substantive labor code where the principles and relations between employers and workers are integrated, and on the other hand the labor administrative law It includes the administrative discretion regarding public employment which the employer is the State and before this there are different rules, decrees and others applicable to the public function exercised by the worker who performs his work in an entity or corporation of the State

This article describes the scope of the disciplinary actions carried out by the Public Prosecutor's Office in response to complaints of workplace harassment when the victim is a uniformed officer of the National Police. It begins with a conceptual review of workplace harassment and the various modalities of it contemplated in Law 1010 of 2006; Then reference is made to the object of the police public service and police discipline, also analyzed some rulings of appeal from the Attorney General of the Nation filed against orders for investigations of work harassment against uniformed police personnel.
