It is in palliative care where spirituality is most contemplated, because it Works with patients who have near-death experiences and present high levels of pain and suffering. The purpose of this inquiry is to strong then there cognition of spirituality linked to psychology, in search of a significant contribution to mental health, making evident the benefits that spirituality has in improving the quality of life of terminal patients, specifically through meditation. In order to carry out this research, a bibliographic search was carried out with in recognized online data bases such as Scopus, Dialnet, Scienciedirect and Taylor & Francis
