Due to the constant changes that occur in the environment the company does not have the ability to face its competitors and circumvent the negative factors that may affect it, this is presented because its work is in empirical form without taking into account a study of the environment with respect to competition, the analysis of changes in tastes and many other aspects, therefore, does not achieve the growth that is expected. In the development of this project, the design of a vision, mission, principles and objectives for the company is shown, thus establishing the opportunity to have a corporate culture that ensures that all efforts are guided towards the success of the organization. To develop the different aspects a strategic diagnosis is generated that allows to know its strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, coming to have an accurate knowledge of the points that it needs to improve to achieve a better performance competitive in the market. DOFA analysis allows the company to obtain strategies to improve its weaknesses, and take advantage of the opportunities present in the environment, as well as to improve problems related to decisionmaking and coordination, the latter two elements are the strategic direction approach, which allows to be a unit of analysis and formulation of objectives and strategies for the achievement of the goals of the organization.
