Thus, the aim of the article is to analyze how companies apply artificial intelligence (AI) to enhance productivity and efficiency in internal decision-making from organizational management, as well as to identify the challenges and opportunities related to its implementation. To achieve this objective, existing literature on the topic of artificial intelligence (AI) in the decision-making process from the managerial perspective was reviewed. Important data from academic and business sources were utilized to identify references providing information on the applications, benefits, and challenges of artificial intelligence (AI) in this area, offering significant insights to business leaders seeking to leverage these technologies to advance within organizations when making decisions.
