Item Análisis de la política pública de inclusión de recicladores de oficio en condición de pobreza en la economía formal del aseo en el municipio de Santiago de Cali, basados en el decreto 0507 de 2017, año 2018 – 2022(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2024) Arias Jiménez, Martha Nubia; Duque Valencia, Deisy Liliana; Moreno Gutiérrez, José Luis (Director)This article analyzes the impact of the Public Policy of professional recyclers in compliance with Sentence T-291, valid 2022 of the Santiago de Cali District, from goals 1, in relation to the strengthening of organizations in this population sector to associative work and goal 2, in response to the needs of access to housing and opportunities in education for labor inclusion. For this research, the qualitative and deductive method was used. From a qualitative perspective, the general conclusions allowed us to study the legal facts of a general response to the particularity of the effectiveness of Public Policy. While with the deductive method, the factors, conditions and quality of life of this population sector were identified.Item Influencia de la innovación organizacional en la sostenibilidad de las empresas(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2022) Duque Valencia, Deisy Liliana; Mendez Ceron, Davinson Andres; Vargas Garcia, Lina Marcela (Director)The work that is illustrated below is a systematic review of the literature and aims to analyze how organizational innovation influences the sustainability of Companies, through a review of scientific literature published between 2016 and 2021; to this end, a qualitative and exploratory methodology based on secondary sources is established in databases of the library of the Santiago de Cali University. The results allowed to know the most important aspects that intervene for the business permanence and it is concluded that, innovation is an important factor, both for the growth of companies, and to achieve a strong presence in a market with consumers in constant evolution, in this sense, innovation must be conceived as a strategy for competitiveness; for its part, the role of management is essential to align all strategic processes and form an organizational culture, where the different working groups feel involved in the projects that are executed and is a model of inspiration that transmits a new thought of innovative spirit in companies.
