    Estrategias para mejorar la productividad de la empresa oblé en la ciudad de Cali

    The purpose of this research is to design strategies that allow the Oblé company to optimize efficiency in the production line where people, processes and machinery are included in order to achieve the company's purposes, focusing its importance on profitability and the generation of worth. This work was carried out based on analysis and evaluation of operational processes to identify obstacles, analyzing employee performance, operating costs and product quality. The results showed that there is no standardization in the processes, there are no procedure manuals and management indicators must be implemented that allow decisions to be made in time, and it was also found that waste is generated that must be measurable.
