In Colombia, this type of study is relevant, since CBCAs are barely are being implemented, this project was initially applied in the city of Cartagena and later on the Atlantic Coast in the years 2009 – 2012; but it is evident that its operation and application in the health institutions of the country, existing the possibility of composition theory of them, although it is only taken as a protocol, but is not practice clinically
