The research was carried out through the bibliographic review of the information provided from web pages, Scielo, Google Scholar, Chemedia and Redalyc. In conclusion, the issue of organizational climate has been widely discussed, giving coincidence in the study variables and the continuity of the investigative work generate improvements in labor well-being.
