Item Análisis de la priorización en relación con el derecho fundamental de acceso a la administración de justicia(2017) Delgado Arboleda, Sory Miryed; Muñoz Pelaez, Clara Ines; Restrepo Rodríguez, Diana MaríaThis article offers a space for reflection aimed at Operators of the Accusatory System about the implementation of a new technique for the management of criminal investigation in our country, called prioritization. That not only has been applied in the jurisdiction of Justice and Peace, but today its criteria are part of the Ordinary Criminal Justice as an instrument of Criminal Policy; in such a way that has been left aside, at the initiative of the Attorney General's Office, the model of individual criminal investigation and maximalist character in which we were trained and had been exercising, to move to an investigation of context analysis where situations and cases are prioritized; being called from now on to be part of its construction and ultimately, to know its basic contents and incidents, as the normative instruments for its development, thus adjusting the role and procedural activities according to the interests of those we represent in the process penal. But at the same time, it invites us to question whether this special model of investigative management respects the fundamental right of access to the administration of justice
