    Cambios en la fuerza muscular durante la maduración biológica en deportistas niños y adolescentes: Revisión literaria

    Muscle strength is essential for sports performance and is influenced by different stages of biological maturation. This scoping review analyzed studies published between 2019 and 2024 on children and adolescents, assessing tests such as sprinting, vertical jump, dynamometry, and explosive strength. Results show significant variations in strength development depending on the maturation stage, though further specific research is needed to broaden the understanding of this relationship across diverse contexts.
