In this research article, an exhaustive analysis is carried out on the efficiency in compliance with execution sentences in the field of labor law, which is essential to ensure the protection of workers' rights and the effectiveness of the judicial system. Considering that Colombia faces significant challenges in the timely compliance with sentences in the workplace. This is why this article is going to be divided into two criteria or important points, namely: (i) identify the main obstacles and challenges faced to guarantee timely compliance with labor sentences and, (ii) examine the existing mechanisms. to ensure compliance with labor rulings, in order to evaluate their effectiveness and propose possible improvements to strengthen the execution of judicial decisions on labor matters. In accordance with the above, this article explores various mechanisms that can be used to guarantee compliance or execution of labor sentences, addressing, for example, the issue of coercive means that judges can use to enforce sentences in this area of law among others, analyze the main obstacles and challenges that the country faces in this sense.
