Item E-commerce: una estrategia que influye la productividad y sostenibilidad de las pymes(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2022) Cuaspud Salazar, Natalia; Gomez Serna, Leidy; Roxana Rosero Suarez, Jonathan; Buitrago Muñoz, José Darío (Director)Currently, information and communication technologies are advancing on a large scale, an aspect that has had a great influence on organizations, facilitating the migration of traditional business to sales through the Internet; practice called E-commerce. Taking into account the importance of E-commerce in the structure of current businesses, this article aims to analyze the strategies used in this practice, which influence the sustainability and productivity of SMEs in Colombia; This was done through a descriptive documentary review focused on different databases and websites; finding as a relevant result that when companies choose to implement electronic commerce, the reorganization of processes within them is facilitated, bringing as a benefit the minimization of costs in storage and distribution, while also benefiting the client who has the Ease of accessing the diversity of products offered by the organization, from anywhere and at any time of the day.
