This study proposed a business model based on the Canvas approach for a High-Complexity Clinic, structured in nine modules that allow the value proposition to be aligned with organizational objectives (Márquez, 2010), adapted to a clinic in Santiago de Cali. Using a qualitative methodology along with semi-structured interviews using ATLAS.ti software version 25.0.1 (17- 12-2024), a document review, and expert panels, using primary sources of information and nonprobability sampling based on judgment, structural and financial weaknesses that limit institutional competitiveness were diagnosed. The findings revealed deficiencies in patient segmentation, informal agreements, and inefficient administrative processes. The proposed model integrates strategies for revenue diversification, service personalization, process digitalization, and environmental sustainability, proving to be an adaptable tool for strengthening the value proposition and responding to the challenges of the Colombian healthcare system. Its progressive implementation and continuous monitoring of its key components are recommended to ensure sustainable results.
