    The evaluation of muscle performance aims to assess the ability of a person to perform a complete movement or maintain a certain position, thus assessing the ability to generate such force and move the body against gravity by controlling the development of exercise in productivity changes, maintain the strength and power of the functioning that an individual has and finally assess the integrity of motor units. In this chapter, the respective description of the evaluation of muscular performance is made, making known the different methods, then the scientific evidence on the subject is presented
