Objective. To describe nursing interventions aimed at the prevention of pressure injuries in the adult population (≥18 years), evaluating their components, contexts of application, and clinical impacts, in order to synthesize the existing evidence that guides professional practice based on outcomes. Methods. Scoping review following Arksey and O’Malley and PRISMA 2020 guidance. Studies (2015–2025) were searched in PubMed, Scopus, SciELO, Redalyc, ScienceDirect, and Dialnet (Google Scholar used only for complementary tracing), in Spanish and English, with full text and a focus on nurse-led interventions. Two reviewers screened records independently; quality and applicability were appraised with CASPe. Evidence was synthesized narratively with thematic mapping.
