In the physical field, the posture is linked to the position of the joints in relation to the extremities and the trunk (1). In the workplace, the risk of presenting skeletal muscle injuries associated with posture is high, so maintaining an inadequate or forced posture during our workday can generate the presence of skeletal Muscle injuries. Osteomuscular Diseases are identified as a set of inflammatory lesions of the muscles, tendons, joints, ligaments and nerves, whose predominant symptomatology is pain associated with inflammation, loss of strength and decrease or functional disability caused or aggravated by improper postures, movements repetitive and inadequate manual lifting of loads. (two) This type of Osteomuscular lesions occurs more frequently in workers subjected to inappropriate postures within their job position; The physical therapist is a professional who frequently executes work activities such as: Mobilizations, Manipulations, weight loads, repetitive movements, transfer of patients, trunk inclinations, rotations, forced postures, prolonged postures and maintained postures (3).
