    Mental health is an important part of the human being since, thanks to it, each individual is able to interact adequately in his or her family, emotional, social and physical environment. Favorable mental health is attributed to various aspects of the individual's life, which in an integral way contribute to psychological well-being. For the reasons stated above, this literature review will address the issue related to the quality of life in college students with mental disorders. Objective Analyze the quality of life in university students with mental disorders and the factors that produce or aggravate it. Methodology Systematic review of articles published between 2018 and 2022 that are related to triggering factors and/or complications of mental alterations in university students
