Item Determinantes del logro académico alcanzado por los estudiantes del valle del cauca en las pruebas saber 11 del año 2022.(Universidad Santiago de Cali, 2023) Arango Puentes, Jhon; Chaucanes Jimenez, Juan Manuel; Obregón Morales, JohynerThis document corresponds to investigative process that seeks to determine, which are the variables that influence in students’ academic achievement, according to the results of the Saber 11 test year 2022. The results are very important, because it allows an analysis regarding the quality and appropriation of the competences and skills acquired, by students during their formal education cycle, (primary, high school and middle school). Once the data was analyzed through an ordinary least squares regression process, and the following variables were significance in the econometric model: mother's education, number of books at home, having 6 internet at home. The above allowed to verify the hypothesis that the student's academic achievement is directly connected to variables that have to do with the endowments and possible home particularities and the student school.
