Under a type of descriptive research, which allowed the development of the three specific objectives that led to results, and thus it was possible to conclude, that it is a new trend that benefits both parties, starting from the position of being a consumer or a company, since it results in lower costs, allowing positioning of lower prices, high visibility, greater reach and competitiveness
